Apr 12, 2021 #2 State isn't making it any easier to get in. Even after they limited the number of backgrounds per call, if you can get in the wait times are still ~5 hours on hold. My guess is the number of operators and lines has continued to decrease. We haven't tried faxing them in since mid last year.
